By accessing or using Advrtz AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Advrtz AI provides AI-powered video advertisement generation tools. The Service enables users to create video content from text prompts, images, and reference videos using third-party AI generation models.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
The Service operates on a credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed per campaign generation. Prices shown include VAT where applicable. Credits are non-refundable except in the case of generation failures, where credits are automatically restored. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes third-party intellectual property rights. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any assets you upload (images, videos, logos).
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Advrtz AI a limited licence to process your content for the purpose of generating your campaign. You own the output videos generated for your campaigns. Advrtz AI retains all rights to its platform, models, and underlying technology.
Output videos are AI-generated and may not perfectly reproduce specific likenesses, text, logos or branding from reference materials. Advrtz AI is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or suitability of AI-generated output for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before commercial use.
Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advrtz AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. Unused credits at the time of termination for cause are non-refundable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
