Advrtz AI is operated by Superooltd. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We collect: your email address and password (for account creation); payment information processed securely via Stripe (we do not store card details); content you upload (images, videos, logos) to generate campaigns; usage data including campaign history and credit transactions; device and browser information for security and performance purposes.
We use your data to: provide and improve the Service; process payments and manage your credit balance; generate AI video campaigns on your behalf; communicate with you about your account and campaigns; comply with legal obligations.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database and file storage) hosted in the EU/Singapore region. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
We use the following third-party services to deliver the Service: Alibaba Cloud DashScope (AI video and voice generation — data processed in Singapore); Supabase (database and file storage); Stripe (payment processing); Railway (backend hosting — EU region). All processors are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Campaign outputs (generated videos) are stored for 30 days and then automatically deleted. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

We use essential cookies only for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
